| Front Lounge |
| 33 Parliament Street
Dublin 2 |
A roomy, elegant bar with white walls, velour sofas and very good viewing angles, the Front Lounge attracts a youngish, dressed-up crowd of all sexes and persuasions. The queerest spot is the raised section at the back. It's the perfect spot after shopping on weekend afternoons but gets packed at nighttime.

| The George |
| 89 Sth Great George's St,
Dublin 2
(Near Dame St junction) |
The longest established gay bar in Dublin continues to draw the crowd. If you think Irish pubs are quiet relaxing spots, be prepared for a surprise... The George is male dominated though nominally gay/les: the older bar attracts an older crowd. The rest becomes an even louder and busier club after 2330 most nights. Theme nights include a a 70's night on Thursdays and a packed bingo session from 20:00 each Sunday.
